  • Chapter 14 Fear

As it has been stated, the humans and the demons had a war many, many years ago, with the humans beating the demons, but where would the remainder of the demons go after the war? Well, they headed to Varusch Dungeon: A place of utter nightmares and darkness. The loser of the war agreed to be sent there, and since the demons lost, they had no choice but to go. Ever since those times not a soul has stepped even halfway near the dungeon, despite the seal there. It seemed no one would go up there considering the circumstances, but unfortunately, the Grey Orb of Bethumet resided in that dungeon: That meant the creature was going to make its presence felt. It walked towards the seal like a normal demon should, sized up the seal that was on the entrance, then slashed the seal in half seemingly with little effort. It walked into a dark part of the dungeon, but lights slowly started to appear until he walked into the brightest part of the dungeon. There were three ways to go in the dungeon, but sensing the orb, the creature went to his left, knowing that the orb was this way. It also knew that's where the majority of the demons where, as hordes of demons appeared, from red-scaled birds, chimeras, one eyed oxes, all salivating at killing a new target. Unfortunately for them, their skills were lackluster and inferior to the creature's own demonic powers and aside from a few scratches wasted them with ease. As it got towards a huge, wide room, bright like a mansion, he immediately saw the orb and ran towards it. While it was running, the orb disappeared: into the belly of a huge demon, with snake-like hair, a body that was full of muscles, legs like a centaur, and a face of a demon succubus salivating like its kissing someone intently.

"HEHHHH.....I haven't had a new meal in a long, long time, preciousss.....after a good wasssshing and cooking, you should tasssste ssssso fine, precioussss....." The creature, not flinching from her scary words, got into a fighting stance.  "HHAAAAA...you wissssh to fight me...You'll die sssso sssoon...." While she said that, the creature charged at the snake haired beast's face, totally surprising her, but not exactly fazing her as she took whatever punishment that would have been dealt out normally. "Impresssssssssssive....I can't wait to devour you now!!!!" Then the creature attacked her in different directions, still stunning her because of its speed, but it still wasn't doing any damage. “Try all you want...ssssmall one....my body is impenetrable!!!!" Then the snake tried to catch the creature by firing blasts from her mouth and using its tail, but she could not even remotely catch the figure. Then the creature came up with a strategy. It spun around so fast that the beast was totally confounded, not knowing where her supposed dinner was, and fell to the ground. The creature then saw her stomach glow red, and without hesitation, slashed her stomach wide open, with screams of agony heard all over the dungeon. After a few minutes passed, the creature walked out, Grey Orb of Bethumet in hand.
