  • Chapter 4 Fear

    The creature leaned against the wall, its black wings nearly suppressed; whatever blood remained on it was gone as it stood standing up with its eyes shut. From a large distance some would think the creature was mediating or lost in thought, but you get closer, you’d hear a snore. Yes a snore, which indicated that it was sleeping soundly, calmly, without expecting anything happening to it, or if the world ended suddenly. On the side of where it was sleep standing, was a glowing red orb that the creature took from Diruch six days, and by taking the orb, it crushed whatever will Diruch had of reviving itself to glory, much like it did the people, but the creature didn’t care about Diruch or much else. It seemed determined to do one thing...find the five remaining orbs of Bethumet...

     

    Chapter 4x

    "The Sword....you sealed it, right?

     

    "Yes, I did. The demons were willing to sacrifice themselves just to serve you."

     

    "Good....this world.....it sickens me to death...I wish I did not underestimate just how powerful the blade was."

     

    "But-"

     

    "It does not matter....there’s nothing else in this pathetic world to concern myself about anymore....so what shall you do now, my friend?”

     

    ".....What are you saying?"

     

    "I need to become stronger...strong enough that the blade will accept me...but thanks to it, my power is weak....it will take a while...but I need to rest.”

     

    "But-"

     

    "No buts about it. I will miss your service, my good friend, but this world must go for the sins its committed...and it may last for a few eons, but in the end, it must be gone...you may do whatever you please....”

     

    "......I understand....it was an honor to serve you, Tomestorm."
